Byron reviews Sandworms?

Posted By SandChigger on February 12, 2008

It just felt like it hopscotched around too much, focusing on this character one minute and then jumping over to a horror situation the next. Then drama (having to kill a crewmember), then …oh god knows what else. Cohesiveness gave way to a bramble of visuals that didn’t link well with the characters themselves. Just my two cents.

SORRY! FALSE ALARM!

It was just him discussing Sunshine with Simon over on the DN BBS.

(But it works, no?)

D’ya think anything went through his mind about the wisdom of posting this before he hit submit? Probably not, because he also forgot to delete it afterwards. :P

How many people routinely worry about how someone might misquote or use their words out of context for a completely different purpose?

    Not many, I’d wager. ;)

(I particularly like the tie-in between “a bramble of visuals” and “an unlimited special effects budget”. Remember that KJA gem?)
